BARNRAISING
Chino Valley Historical Society (CVHS) is in need of donations to purchase the interior display units and wall brackets to display items on the interior of the barn on the lot at the Old Schoolhouse Museum. The barn will feature Chino's history. Artifacts, farm equipment, and other memorabilia will be on display. The CVHS Board would like to thank the City of Chino and its patron donations for helping us achieve our first goal to build the barn, construction will begin soon. The CVHS is committed to raising funds for the interior portion of the barn. The City of Chino Community Services Department, Parks and Facilities Division is committed to the project and construction should begin soon.
CVHS has currently raised our first goal of $95,000 that was donated to the City of Chino at the December 13, 2022 Council meeting. This is where we will need your assistance. If you know of anyone who would like to donate for the second phase of our fundraising, please let them know we need the assistance.
